admin | 1 CommentThe Canoeist continues to get good fishing reports from Ely, Gunflint, Sawbill and Two Harbors, Duluth area lakes. Lake trout are abundant, rainbows, brook trout, and walleyes & crappies. Ice conditions are very good! 10-14 inches with ice being made everyday because of the cold temps. Temps have really fallen! But thanks to SnowTrekker tents & stoves, winter camping can be fun & enjoyable. Snow conditions haven’t changed much: Gunflint 8-12, Sawbill 4-8, Ely 3-6, North Shore very little.
